Cheng Real Estate Group Forms Partnership with Operation Not Alone

The real estate group to donate a portion of proceeds to the organization

MADISON, Wis. – Cheng Real Estate Group, a full-service real estate team serving South Central Wisconsin, is celebrating its partnership with Operation Not Alone. Cheng Real Estate Group strives to support Wisconsin non-profits and will be donating a portion of its proceeds to Operation Not Alone as part of their local philanthropic efforts.

“Our community means everything to us. It’s our duty to give back to the place we call home,” Jack Cheng, president and founder, said. “We’re always on the lookout for new opportunities to support organizations like Operation Not Alone. They go above and beyond for our veterans, and we are so grateful for everything they do.”

Operation Not Alone is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping local servicemen and women and veterans through care and cheer packages, “Never Alone” nursing home visits, “Who Is Your Hero?” presentations, Girl Scout patch and programming, and much more. Their mission is to ensure that heroes will never feel alone or forgotten.

Cheng Real Estate Group brings combined decades of experience and a fresh, modern perspective to their work in Dane county and surrounding areas. They stand out thanks to an emphasis on personalized service, bilingual support, and incomparable responsiveness. Cheng Real Estate Group serves aspiring and current homeowners, renters, and real estate investors all across South Central Wisconsin out of their offices in Madison and Baraboo.

In 2018, Operation Not Alone was selected by Cheng Real Estate with the help of its network to receive a donation. From that first interaction, both organizations endeavored to partner in future activities.

Cheng Real Estate Group will donate a portion of its proceeds every time a client mentions Operation Not Alone when they hire the real estate team to represent them. Both groups plan to continue collaborating with joint programming, such as an upcoming volunteer party in which guests will enjoy refreshments while they help create handmade items for veteran care packages.
