HISTORY
According to the Wisconsin Historical Society, Edgerton was settled in the 1830s. By the 1870s, the tobacco growing industry was an essential part of the booming local economy.
SCHOOLS
The Edgerton School District includes two elementary schools, a middle school, and a high school. The school ratings website Niche.com gives the district a B rating with its best marks in academics and college prep.
